My first year as a research rookie was very eye opening. I was able to gain first hand experience in my field and really learn what it will be like to do physics research. I really enjoyed this chance which made me eager to have another opportunity to continue my research education. This year I am looking forward to exploring a different aspect of physics research. I will get to find out whether or not biophysics is a field I am interested in pursuing.
